To enhance the accuracy of bookings, we’ve implemented a validation feature that prevents customers from checking out if the selected appointment time has passed or is beyond the cutoff date set by you. This ensures smooth and error-free bookings.

We've expanded our timezone options to include the London GMT timezone, making it easier for users in this region to accurately schedule their appointments.
Product Stock Status Visibility
Our app now better reflects product stock statuses. When a product is out of stock, the button text will update accordingly, preventing any confusion during the booking process.

Subscription workflow: You can now activate a workflow when a subscription is created. This new feature ensure that every new subscription triggers the necessary actions and communications, providing a smoother experience for you and your customers.
Add all products in workflows: We have also added the ability to select all products within a workflow. This enhancement means you can now apply workflows across your entire product range effortlessly, simplifying management and ensuring consistency.

We're thrilled to announce our most significant update yet to our bookings and calendar page. We've completely revamped the experience to streamline your booking management, allowing you to spend less time searching for bookings and more time serving your customers or focusing on your business. Here's what's new:
Manage Bookings Page Redesign:
We've rebuilt the manage bookings page from the ground up, presenting all essential information in a convenient view that opens from the right side. You can now efficiently handle your bookings with quick actions and easily close the view when you're done.
Calendar Page Redesign:
Our calendar page now features a sleek design, complete with a compact calendar view similar to Google Calendar for easy date navigation. Additionally, we've added filters so you can sort bookings based on various criteria. When you click on an event in the calendar, a detailed view opens from the right, allowing you to manage bookings seamlessly without leaving the calendar.
Colors Based on Products/Variants:
Customize your calendar widget with different colors for each product or variant. This level of customization enables service-level color coding, providing a visual aid for efficient scheduling.
Quick Manual Booking from Calendar:
You can now drag and create manual bookings swiftly for any duration, regardless of the service duration. This feature allows you to block off time or make manual bookings directly from the calendar, enhancing flexibility in scheduling.
Choose Custom Duration for Manual Bookings:
When making manual bookings for your customers, you now have the option to select either a standard service duration or a custom duration, catering to individual scheduling needs.

We are delighted to let you know that we have released one of the biggest feature updates. We have revamped our calendar and made it look much better, improved user experience and also made mobile experience delightful. Here is a sneak peak of the new calendar version. We are gradually rolling out to our customers and if you want it you can contact our support to migrate you to the new version
We are excited to announce our revamp of the Manaul Booking Flow. Gone are the days of multiple clicks and long process to book a customer. You can book a customer now in just 4 clicks. Here is a video demonstrating the whole manual booking flow
We are excited to announce our new customer portal updates
Please go to General Settings -> Customer Portal to add the lanugage you want the customer portal to translate in. Your customers will see the portal in that language
Please go to General Settings -> Store to add your logo which will be shown in the customer portal
Also General Settings -> Customer Portal will allow you to set the theme color of the customer portal so that it could match your theme settings.
We are adding new features everyday to ensure Appointo helps you sell more to your customers
For 'Skip Payment' flow, customers are now automatically created in Shopify -> Customers tab if customer doesn't exist already.
We are excited to announce our improved bookings tab. You can do a lot of stuff here without even leaving the tab and finish off your tasks faster. Here are the list of improvement
Show Columns you need and hide the rest of them
You can now hide all the columns you don't need and make your UI much cleaner. Here is how you can do it
Actions for bookings on the page itself
You can reschdule or cancel the whole booking from the table itself or add a note to the respective booking
Check customer details (Even in subscriptions tab)
You can check customer details from the table itself by hovering over the customer name or you can visit the customer by click on the name

Now you can use Date and Date-Time types to add custom questions for your users. To add the new type please go to
Appointments -> Manage -> Show -> Custom Questions -> + -> Select Type
Now users can duplicate workflows and easily reuse templates. This will allow you to send the same email template for different stakeholders
