1. Appointo Extension in Shopify: We've added an Appointo extension block in your Shopify order section.
   • With this new feature, you can now easily view, track, and manage all your bookings directly from your order dashboard.
   • This integration is designed to streamline your workflow, helping you stay on top of your bookings without leaving the Shopify platform.
     
2. Webhooks: We’re pleased to inform you that our system now supports webhook integration for key appointment actions.
   • You can now consume webhooks for confirmation, checking, rescheduling, and cancellation statuses.
   • This enhancement allows for real-time updates and better synchronization with your workflows.
     
3. Request Time: Customers can now add a preferred timeslot they wish to book, which will be automatically added to the waitlist in Appointo.
   • The admin can then review these requests and either confirm or reject the timeslot by navigating to the Bookings -> Waitlist section.

• Enable Customers to Choose Their Timezone: This enhancement will provide a more convenient booking experience, ensuring that appointments are scheduled accurately according to the customer's local time.
• Disable two way sync of your calendar: This feature allows you to manage your appointments without automatic updates between your calendar and Appointo, giving you more control over your scheduling and data synchronization preferences.
• Team Feature Now Available on Appointo App: This enhancement enables you to efficiently manage and coordinate appointments with multiple team members, all within the Appointo app itself.
• Create manual customer in Appointo App: We’ve added a new feature that allows you to create manual customer entries directly in the Appointo app.
• New "Refund & Cancel" Option for Cancellations: The admin can now choose the "Refund & Cancel" option when canceling a booking, allowing them to cancel the appointment and issue a refund to the customer in one step.
• Delete sender signature option: Admins can now delete sender's email signature by navigating to General Settings -> Notifications -> Email -> Email Sender Verification
• Duration Now Displayed in Hours and Minutes: We’ve updated our system to display appointment durations in both hours and minutes across emails and widgets, providing clearer and more precise time information for your bookings.
• Hungarian Language Translation Now Available: Hungarian language translation is now available in the Appointo app, making it easier for Hungarian-speaking users to navigate and book appointments.
• Calendar categories for Apple calendar: Each Apple calendar category represents a distinct type of event or calendar, allowing users to organize and view different types of activities separately within their main calendar interface.

Choose Custom Duration for Manual Bookings:
When making manual bookings for your customers, you now have the option to select either a standard service duration or a custom duration, catering to individual scheduling needs.

We are delighted to let you know that we have released one of the biggest feature updates. We have revamped our calendar and made it look much better, improved user experience and also made mobile experience delightful. Here is a sneak peak of the new calendar version. We are gradually rolling out to our customers and if you want it you can contact our support to migrate you to the new version

We are excited to launch our new feature Widgets. Through widgets you can drop the traditional way of showing calendar in your Shopify Store and provide new experience to your users. Widgets will allow you to show different calendars in any page of your website and also automatically create a page for that widget without any coding.

We are excited to announce our revamp of the Manaul Booking Flow. Gone are the days of multiple clicks and long process to book a customer. You can book a customer now in just 4 clicks. Here is a video demonstrating the whole manual booking flow

We are excited to announce our new customer portal updates

1. Change customer portal language

Please go to General Settings -> Customer Portal to add the lanugage you want the customer portal to translate in. Your customers will see the portal in that language

2. Style the customer portal and add your logo

Please go to General Settings -> Store to add your logo which will be shown in the customer portal

Also General Settings -> Customer Portal will allow you to set the theme color of the customer portal so that it could match your theme settings.

For 'Skip Payment' flow, customers are now automatically created in Shopify -> Customers tab if customer doesn't exist already.

You can check customer details from the table itself by hovering over the customer name or you can visit the customer by click on the name

We have launched a new feature where you can configure booking status for all the bookings. You can mark default status and also change it based on the customer activity. It is very flexible and can be used for variety of business

Here is a look of the feature

We are excited to announce our new feature which has been asked a lot. Now Appointo will seamlessly integrate to any page that has Add to Cart button. This means that you can show the calendar in any page of your liking and also sell servives from any page. You are not limited to product page anymore.

You don't have to do anything this feature will work by default and is availble on all plans!

Now you can add colors for different appointments and the color will show up in the internal calendar.

Please go to Appointments -> Manage -> Show and scroll down to add color for the appointment

Now you can use Date and Date-Time types to add custom questions for your users. To add the new type please go to

Appointments -> Manage -> Show -> Custom Questions -> + -> Select Type

Now users can duplicate workflows and easily reuse templates. This will allow you to send the same email template for different stakeholders

We have added the ability to archive subscription bookings. Please go to Bookings -> Subscriptions and there you will find the filter for the same

To access information regarding all cancelled bookings and their respective details, kindly navigate to the "Bookings" section and select the "Cancelled" option.

Appointo now integrates with Shopify's subscription API. Manage and charge recurring Appointment subscriptions directly.

How it works

Create Subscription Plan for a product in the Appointo app by clicking on the Appointo tab
Once a subscription-related product is purchased, it will send them an update related to subscription details
To complete the remaining booking, customers can login to customer portal and manage respective subscription bookings.
Checkout how an Appointment subscription works in Appointo:

You can now keep track of booking history and activities through booking logs.

You can also view canceled bookings now by clicking on the 'Cancelled Bookings' section under the Bookings tab.

Through booking logs you can check if a booking was rescheduled to someone, rescheduled by a team member, admin or customer, and also calendar event,meeting link was created successfully or not!
