- Appointo Extension in Shopify: We've added an Appointo extension block in your Shopify order section.
- With this new feature, you can now easily view, track, and manage all your bookings directly from your order dashboard.
- This integration is designed to streamline your workflow, helping you stay on top of your bookings without leaving the Shopify platform.
- Webhooks: We’re pleased to inform you that our system now supports webhook integration for key appointment actions.
- You can now consume webhooks for confirmation, checking, rescheduling, and cancellation statuses.
- This enhancement allows for real-time updates and better synchronization with your workflows.
- Request Time: Customers can now add a preferred timeslot they wish to book, which will be automatically added to the waitlist in Appointo.
- The admin can then review these requests and either confirm or reject the timeslot by navigating to the Bookings -> Waitlist section.

- Create manual customer in Appointo App: We’ve added a new feature that allows you to create manual customer entries directly in the Appointo app.
- New "Refund & Cancel" Option for Cancellations: The admin can now choose the "Refund & Cancel" option when canceling a booking, allowing them to cancel the appointment and issue a refund to the customer in one step.
- Delete sender signature option: Admins can now delete sender's email signature by navigating to General Settings -> Notifications -> Email -> Email Sender Verification
- Duration Now Displayed in Hours and Minutes: We’ve updated our system to display appointment durations in both hours and minutes across emails and widgets, providing clearer and more precise time information for your bookings.
- Hungarian Language Translation Now Available: Hungarian language translation is now available in the Appointo app, making it easier for Hungarian-speaking users to navigate and book appointments.
- Calendar categories for Apple calendar: Each Apple calendar category represents a distinct type of event or calendar, allowing users to organize and view different types of activities separately within their main calendar interface.
