The appointo booking portal is not visually appealing to customers on mobile and usually only works well with laptop and destop devices. I would suggest a widget that could integrate nicely with shopify 'new customer accounts' page or be placed on the current 'classic customer account' page. Currently there is just a button to take you to appointo's bookings portal however having a mobile friendly widget to embed on customers account portal so that they can directly manage/cancel/reschedule their bookings through our website rather than navigating to appointo portal. This would be a great feature and many of our customers have said how on mobile they struggle to navigate the appointo customer portal.
