We want to send a Workflow Email for Cancellations

We are trying to use the workflow to send tailored Emails to our customers. However, we are a little concerned since we won't be able to send a cancellation Emails for workflows, since there is no condition to trigger a workflow for cancellation. Adding a screenshot below:
