We would like to be able to specify an email address to send a workflow email to.
We would want the feature to allow me to enter any arbitrary email address.
You would implement it by have an option in the dropdown list that says something like "email to another address"
When that option is selected you then ask for the address
This is a feature that I'd like to use right away
