Print calendar from Appointo

I own a boutique that hosts birthday parties on the weekends. I thought it would be nice to print a copy of the calendar from Appointo. If I print it from my Outlook, it has more information than my employees need. A printed calendar with only the birthday appointments would be a great resource for my staff.
